The breakfasts at Allegra were top-notch, with freshly prepared eggs fueling our mornings. We also loved the comfy and very clean room, a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day adventuring in the stunning Pontresina area. Plus, the warm and helpful staff made us feel right at home!

The only hiccup was the uphill trek from the train station to the hotel, which made us consider a taxi next time.

I wished I had known how difficult it would be, as it took away from the excitement of our arrival. Additionally, the heat in the room made for uncomfortable nights, disrupting my sleep regularly.

It was an excellent fit for a day tour in Pontresina with good value considering the price charged. The staff provided great local adventure tips that made exploring easy and enjoyable. Consider taking public transport for your arrival to save energy for the beautiful hikes.
